1. Place tuff tray on table.
2. Add sand to one half of the tuff tray
3. Spray shaving cream in bowl and add in blue food colouring, mix well then add to the other half of the tuff tray. Repeat this step till the whole tray is full.
4. Connect sliver tube to roof or lay across the table with one side in the water.
5. Spray shaving cream into the bowl again adding a couple of drops of green and black food colouring till desired colour. Then add to the sliver tube coming out into the water.
6. Cut out rubbish or make small pieces from recycled materials then add to the dirty water part of the tuff tray.
7. Add fine motor tongs and rubbish bins around the tuff tray.
